VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

• Providing and/or helping to make Baskets
(Game, Spa, Baby, Kitchen, Wine)
• Make and distribute signs in your
neighborhood
You may print the flyer below to post in your neighborhood,
office lounge / break room, or local bulletin board!

• Provide refreshments for attendees
• Need strong males to help set-up auction

DONATION ITEMS

EVERY member needs to donate at least one item for the live or silent auction. Additionally, PLEASE find some way to assist on the day of the auction. If this is to be a great success, we need everyone to help!

Vacation Rentals
Gift Baskets
Handmade crafts

REFRESHMENTS / BAKED GOODS Refreshments and baked goods need to be delivered on the day of the auction - - anytime after 9:00 a.m.  Anyone needing help or want to assist our Social Committee with this endeavor, please contact Sharon Allen.

Remember - everyone should be trying to obtain items for our auction   Anyone having items may contact Sharon....... and she will make arrangements to pick them up. 
Our goal is to have everything EARLY, so we will have sufficient time to write-up individual bid sheets and decide if the item will be sold within "cash and carry", silent, or live auction.  Also, once we know how many businesses will be donating baskets, we can make the decision if we need to make up any additional baskets.
